By accessing and using GrowRent Reality India's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Investment Services

GrowRent Reality India provides land investment opportunities with guaranteed monthly rental income. All investments are subject to:

  • Minimum investment amounts as specified for each property
  • 12-month lock-in period for rental income
  • Approval process and verification requirements
  • Terms and conditions specific to each property

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of GrowRent Reality India, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Complete KYC verification as required

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through approved payment methods. Investment amounts are non-refundable once approved, except as required by applicable law. Rental income payouts are subject to:

  • Successful completion of lock-in period
  • Verification of bank account details
  • Compliance with payout frequency selected

5. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions by referring new investors. Terms include:

  • Commission eligibility only for successful investments
  • Commission rates as specified in the program
  • Withdrawal of referral earnings subject to approval
  • Prohibition of self-referrals or fraudulent activities

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowRent Reality India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
