GrowRent Reality India Private Limited ("GrowRent", "we", "us", or "our") operates a land investment platform that offers investment opportunities with guaranteed monthly rental income. This Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding refunds for investments made through our platform.

2. Investment Refund Policy

General Policy: Investments made through the GrowRent platform are generally non-refundable once the payment has been approved and the investment has been processed. This policy is in place due to the nature of real estate investments and the commitment of funds to property acquisition.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Payment was made but the investment was not approved due to insufficient funds or verification failure
  • Technical error resulted in duplicate payments
  • Investment was cancelled by GrowRent due to property unavailability or other operational reasons
  • As required by applicable law or regulatory authority

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@growrent.in within 7 days of the transaction
  2. Provide your transaction ID, investment details, and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 7-14 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction

4. Rental Income and Payouts

Rental Income: Monthly rental income payouts are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of investment. Refunds do not apply to rental income already paid out. If rental income has been incorrectly calculated or paid, please contact us for adjustment.

Lock-in Period: Investments are subject to a minimum lock-in period (typically 12 months). Early withdrawal or refund requests during the lock-in period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to applicable fees or penalties.

5. Referral Commission Refunds

Referral commissions earned through our referral program are non-refundable once paid out. However, if a referral commission was paid in error or if the referred investment was cancelled or refunded, we reserve the right to reverse or adjust the commission accordingly.

6. Processing Fees and Charges

In cases where refunds are approved, any processing fees, transaction charges, or administrative costs incurred during the original transaction or refund process may be deducted from the refund amount. Applicable fees will be communicated to you before processing the refund.

7. Cancellation Before Approval

If you wish to cancel an investment before it has been approved and processed, please contact us immediately. Pending investments may be cancelled without penalty if the request is made before payment verification and investment approval are completed.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern by:

  • Contacting our support team for further review
  • Submitting a formal written complaint to our registered office address
  • Pursuing resolution through applicable consumer protection forums or legal channels as per Indian law

9. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
